Hi, I’m Jyoti, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and founder of The Gentle Way, a practice dedicated to supporting clients through integrative, evidence-informed nutritional care.
My approach is rooted in whole-food, evidence-informed nutrition. I work with people of all ages, from women navigating PCOS and hormone imbalances, to parents seeking guidance for their children’s eating habits, to individuals looking to improve digestion, energy, and overall wellness. Whether you're dealing with food sensitivities, inflammation, or simply want to feel more at ease with food, I'm here to help.
I’ve been in practice for over six years and work closely with individuals and families to nourish their bodies with confidence, clarity, and care. I bring a trauma-aware and behavior-informed lens to nutrition. Many of my clients experience challenges such as brain fog, fatigue, migraines, poor sleep, gut-brain dysfunction, and mood dysregulation, which are often dismissed or mismanaged without a holistic root-cause approach. Everything I offer is tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on long-term balance over quick fixes. I’m also currently completing a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on autism, which deepens my ability to support clients with sensory considerations, routine challenges, and emotional relationships with food - especially in children.
